"Lassie and Ursula running a race! Sept. 1938"

1910's. Note the angry scratching-out with a pencil. I noticed some phantom-writing on it as if done with a pen without ink, hoping it was some commentary on people in the photo, but it was just someone practicing longhand on a piece of paper on top of the photo.
